Perfectly situated on a Beautiful Tree Studded 4.5 acres, this is the perfect place for your family or group to connect in this world class destination. It is a beautiful space to be sure, and did I mention the Hot Tub and spacious deck with BBQ grill? :). For folks who need to be connected, we have super high speed internet - Starlink.

Perfectly situated on a Beautiful Tree Studded 4.5 acres, the home is 2,843 sq ft, features huge vaulted living room with pine ceilings, woodstove with gorgeous slate hearth, floor to ceiling windows that bring the beauty of the outdoors in, large family room with additional woodstove, slate hearth and wet bar, very large dining area perfect for entertaining, gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, walk in pantry, indoor laundry, an oversized master bedroom, guest bedroom, and two baths. There are wood floors and vaulted ceilings throughout the home, a beautiful front deck and back slate patio areas, and greenhouse. The beds consist of the following 3 Queen/Full size beds, 2 Twin roll away beds, another twin mattress, and a portable crib / playpen available. There is also plenty of couch and living room space. Pool Table and Darts for entertaining fun. It is a beautiful space to be sure, and did I mention the hot tub and spacious deck with BBQ Grill :) .

Other Details to Note

Dogs are welcome with prior approval. We are happy to provide pet friendly accommodations and allow house-trained dogs. Please be mindful when leaving your dog alone in the house for an extended period of time to avoid accidents. Please clean up all dog waste in the yard. We do not supply poop bags, so please have your own supply. We charge a small one time fee of $45 ($15 for each additional, max 3) to accommodate additional cleaning necessary, and reserve the right to charge for any damage caused your pets. Please, please be respectful of the House and Grounds. The cleaning staff work very hard to maintain its beauty for all guests to enjoy :) As we are bordering forest land, there may be an occasional critter or bug sighting. We do employ a professional pest control service, nonetheless please be mindful when leaving food debris around, especially in the kitchen area. The cleaning staff work very hard to maintain its beauty for all guests to enjoy :) No Outdoor Fires of Any Kind (we are in high fire country) Absolutely no smoking in the house. Please be mindful of noise and respectful of the neighbors, including their property lines. Thank you :) Pets are welcome, however require pre-approval from the host prior to arrival. Please adhere to 2 pets maximum. No Extra guests, the property cannot exceed the maximum occupancy due to zoning laws, otherwise you will forfeit your reservation and/or security deposit. If possible, please take any excessive trash with you upon your exit. The cleaning fee is used to sanitize and reset the house to its prior condition. Please refer to the posted checkout list during your stay. Any excessive mess or trash left may result in additional charge. Please use the hot tub at your own discretion and refer to the rules posted by the hot tub. Please no one under 12 in the hot tub without adult supervision. The owners of Uli Pines accept no responsibility for the use of the hot tub. The Hot Tub is provided for your use and the water has been properly tested and treated to ensure it is correctly balanced, however we can not guarantee against skin irritations that may be caused by misuse or overuse.

Neighborhood

The grounds are beautiful and make you feel like you're right inside Yosemite Park itself. There is a new restaurant, gas station and market a few minutes away for your convenience.

Find us

Yosemite Park is easy accessible (travel times can vary depending on traffic and road conditions). Beautiful Bass Lake is 30 minutes away, which is renowned for excellent fishing, hiking trails and warm waters. Wake-borders flock to Bass Lake throughout the spring and summer as do boaters, water skiers, paddle boarders, wave runner enthusiasts and more.
