The house also has a dedicated game room with Shuffle Board Table, Foosball, and Darts. Amazing Mountain Area with the smell of Juniper all around ! Yosemite Park is easy accessible. Hot Tub and spacious deck with BBQ grill too !!

This beautiful home in the mountains is the perfect getaway or place to unwind at the end of the day! It has been lovingly cared for and kept in pristine condition inside and out. From the house, you look out at the mountains and trees for a dramatic view. Sit on the porch and enjoy the mountain views and sounds of our running water fountain and the natural sounds of birds. Recently remodeled with many nice features including, all new central heat and air, all new kitchen with granite counters and stainless sink, dual-paned windows throughout, new carpet and new wood stove. Amazing Mountain Area with the smell of Juniper all around ! Yosemite Park is easy accessible (travel times can vary depending on traffic and road conditions). Also those with 4 wheel drive or suitable vehicle can also enter the park thru Harris Cutoff Road/Chowchilla Mountain Road which is even more direct.

Other Details to Note

Dogs are welcome with prior approval. We are happy to provide pet friendly accommodations and allow house-trained dogs. Please be mindful when leaving your dog alone in the house for an extended period of time to avoid accidents. Please clean up all dog waste in the yard. We do not supply poop bags, so please have your own supply. We charge a small one time fee of $45 ($15 for each additional, max 3) to accommodate additional cleaning necessary, and reserve the right to charge for any damage caused your pets. Quiet Hours are between 10PM - 8AM - Please, Please be respectful of the neighbors. Please, please be respectful of the House and Grounds. The cleaning staff work very hard to maintain its beauty for all guests to enjoy :) As we are bordering forest land, there may be an occasional critter or bug sighting. We do employ a professional pest control service, nonetheless please be mindful when leaving food debris around, especially in the kitchen area. Please note there is an outdoor security camera, with signs posted, to prevent trespassing.

Pets are welcome with prior approval. There is a small one time fee of $35 (for the first pet) to accommodate additional cleaning necessary. Quiet Hours are between 10PM and 8AM. Please, Please be respectful of our Neighbors No Outdoor Fires of Any Kind (we are in high fire country) Please, please be respectful of the House and Grounds. The cleaning staff work very hard to maintain its beauty for all guests to enjoy :) Absolutely no smoking in the house. Please be mindful of noise and respectful of the neighbors, including their property lines (marked by signs). No Extra guests, the property cannot exceed the maximum occupancy due to zoning laws, otherwise you will forfeit your reservation and/or security deposit. No Firearms of any kind and No off-roading (motorbikes or ATV's) on the property as it is disruptive to neighbors and causes destruction to the landscape. If possible, please take any excessive trash with you upon your exit. The cleaning fee is used to sanitize and reset the house to its prior condition. Please refer to the posted checkout list during your stay. Any excessive mess or trash left may result in additional charge. Please use the hot tub at your own discretion and refer to the rules posted by the hot tub. Please no one under 12 in the hot tub without adult supervision. The owners of Juniper Bear Lodge accept no responsibility for the use of the hot tub. The Hot Tub is provided for your use and the water has been properly tested and treated to ensure it is correctly balanced, however we can not guarantee against skin irritations that may be caused by misuse or overuse. •Please be mindful of our Neighbors – Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. •Given current drought conditions in the Valley, please be mindful of Water use. •Lights should be turned Off when not in the house. •Please do not overuse the Heat or Air Conditioning if it is not totally necessary. •Please be mindful of the wood fireplace and posted instructions. The fireplace should only be used on fire burning days. Please be mindful of the fence lines and do not trespass on to other Properties. •Please dispose of all trash in marked receptacles inside the marked shed. Please separate recycling in marked receptacles. Yosemite Park is easy accessible (travel times can vary depending on traffic and road conditions). Also those with 4 wheel drive can also enter the park thru Harris Cutoff Road which is even more direct. Beautiful Bass Lake is 30 minutes away, which is renowned for excellent fishing, hiking trails and warm waters. Wake-borders flock to Bass Lake throughout the spring and summer as do boaters, water skiers, paddle boarders, wave runner enthusiasts and more.
